Job Description

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Database Platform Engineer in Belfast to lead a team of DBAs/Platform Engineers, owning the database platform roadmap for MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB (on prem and Atlas). You will drive scalability, availability, and cost improvements while expanding automation and CI/CD pipelines for provisioning, migrations, and config management.

You will collaborate with product, SRE, security, and cloud teams to define SLAs/SLOs, incident response, and risk mitigation, building
