My client is seeking a smart, entrepreneurial Customer Service Advisor to enhance customer happiness and contribute to their mission of delivering greener, more sustainable energy solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or an individual with high potential in customer services to join my clients expanding team and play a key role in development into a household name.
Day to Day of the role: Report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Manage and build relationships with multiple customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Support existing customers with any issues they may encounter, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collect and report customer feedback and success metrics to improve service quality.
Collaborate with the technical team to enhance product quality and customer experience.
Test home battery storage systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect instantly and build rapport with customers.
Comfortable handling phone calls and emails with a professional and empathetic approach.
