Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Sphere Digital Recruitment GroupExecutive Consultant - Data, Analytics & Research (Contract)An exciting digital agency in London is looking for an Associate Project Director to lead complex technical projects across multiple clients.Location: LondonOffice Policy: HybridStart Date: ASAPSalary: £70,000 to £75,000 depending on experienceAn exciting digital agency in London is looking for an Associate Project Director to lead complex technical projects across multiple clients.Location: LondonOffice Policy: HybridContract Length: PermanentStart Date: ASAPSalary: £70,000 to £75,000 depending on experienceThe JobManage a portfolio of digital and technical projects from setup through to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and on budgetSupport Business Leads in managing account-level performance and profitability, including financial tracking and team utilisationOwn strategic client relationships, working closely to understand briefs, translate them into actionable plans, and drive delivery excellencePlan team capacity, support resourcing decisions, and know when to onboard additional PM supportGuide the delivery team to develop project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables in line with client objectivesContribute to RFPs and pitch processes, shaping compelling responses that win new businessLead on risk management, stakeholder reporting, retrospectives, and continuous improvementDrive consistency and quality by aligning teams with internal processes, tools, and PM best practiceCoach and mentor more junior project managers and contribute to departmental growth and innovationYouSignificant experience in a project leadership or programme management role, ideally within a digital agency or similar client-facing environmentSkilled in both Agile and Waterfall delivery, with the flexibility to adapt approaches to suit each projectProficient in Asana, Jira, Miro and Azure DevOps (Workfront a plus)Strong commercial awareness with experience tracking budgets and ensuring utilisation targetsConfident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAble to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across fast-moving projectsSkilled at RFPs, pitches, and proposal developmentExperienced in mentoring, coaching, and developing junior PMsRelevant certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plusApply NowAmy BrownIf you're a senior-level PM ready to take ownership of complex delivery work and team mentorship, we'd love to hear from you.All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.We are an equal opportunities recruiter and value diversity in our hiring processSphere Digital Recruitment currently have a variety of job opportunities across digital so feel free to get in touch with us to find out how we can help you.
