Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) - Care Home

Location: Partington, Greater Manchester

Salary: £23.00 per hour

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Shift Pattern: Days

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our care home team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager, nurses, and care staff to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, governance, and compliance are maintained. You will lead by example, support the nursing team, and help create a safe and positive environment for residents and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities for the Clinical Lead include:

* Lead and support the nursing team to deliver outstanding clinical care.

* Ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.

* Promote best practice and maintain high standards of clinical governance.

* Support audits, safeguarding processes, compliance, and quality assurance initiatives.

* Mentor, coach, and develop colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.

* Work collaboratively with the wider management team to drive continuous improvement.

About You

* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with relevant post-registration experience.

* Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in leading nursing teams.

* Previous supervisory or management experience, or experience leading a small team.

* Ability to make sound clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure.

* Passionate about delivering excellent care and supporting the development of others.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, DoLS, audits, and compliance requirements.
