Role: Construction Project ManagerLocation: OxfordRate: £400 - £450pdProject: New Technology Institute DevelopmentStart Date: September 21/09/26M&E specialist seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Non-Working Supervisor on a prestigious new Technology Institute project in Oxford.Undertaking major electrical infrastructure works involving the installation and termination of SWA sub-main cables, ranging from 4 Core 25mm up to 4 Core 240mm SWA.Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities and electrical installation teams. Oversee pulling and installation of SWA sub-main cables (4 Core 25mm - 240mm). Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and project scheduling. Ensure all works are completed to specification, programme, and quality standards. Maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance. Conduct toolbox talks, RAMS reviews, and site inspections. Liaise with clients, principal contractors, and project management teams. Produce progress reports, manage site documentation, and maintain project records.Must Have: Strong background in commercial / industrial electrical installations. Experience managing SWA cable installation and sub-main infrastructure works. SMSTS (Preferred) ECS / CSCS Ability to manage works within a live construction environment. Flexibility to work Overtime where required including nights.Package Project duration: Approximately 5 months. Start date: 21/09/26 Accommodation and sustenance fully paid for by the company.
