Specifically seeking strong professional who is looking to take on a new challenge support a developing team whilst reporting into the Technical Director.The company have a strong network and financial strength with technical expertise to undertake significant projects nationally.Key AttributesGood knowledge within residential sector and able to get the ground running.Self-motivated, proactive and be able to demonstrate ability to co-ordinate the design process unaided.2-3 years’ worth of experience working with a residential developer or main contractor.Delivered residential traditional build projectsCapable of running 2 + residential projectsNeed good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.Project management skills and a high level of computer literacyGood knowledge of the Planning Process, Building Regulations and NHBC StandardsIf you are an experience Technical/Design Coordinator and looking for an opportunity to be a part of a friendly hardworking environment with a desire to grow and add value to the business, please apply to this role with an up to date CV or call Sophie on 07966585566
