The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided to residents. The successful candidate will have a background in nursing home management and nursing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that all activities are in line with the company's policies and procedures, and relevant legislation and regulations.
- To lead and manage the staff team, providing guidance, support, and training as required.
- To oversee the delivery of care to residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
