As a Sous Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when Head Chef is away.
A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas.
Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
Take pride in every successful service.
A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
