Supervisor | Premium Retail | Islington | £28,000 plus bonus and benefits
We're looking for a commercial, confident and customer-focused Supervisor to join an exciting and growing premium brand in Islington. You could currently be working in fashion, beauty, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, home, interiors or another premium retail environment - what matters most is your ability to sell, connect with customers and bring energy to a team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead from the front, delivering outstanding and personalised customer service.

Drive sales, conversion, ATV and store KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise performance.

Motivate, coach and support the team to achieve individual and store targets.

Maintain excellent visual merchandising, product presentation and operational standards.

Support the management team with stock, deliveries, opening, closing and the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Advisor, Key Holder or Assistant Manager.

A background within premium, luxury or service-led retail.

A strong sales mindset with experience working towards targets and KPIs.

Confidence building customer relationships and motivating a team.

Commercial awareness, ambition and a desire to develop within a growing business; interiors or homeware experience is a bonus, not essential.

Furniture or interiors experience would be an advantage, but it is absolutely not essential.
