Recruit, train, and develop your team to enhance the overall customer experience on park.
Plan resource levels to ensure the park has the required level of security to enable a safe environment
Carry out full and unbiased investigations, providing detailed reports and full handovers of any incidents, ensuring that all security activity has been recorded appropriately.
Utilise team members to effectively patrol the park, providing a hi-visibility deterrent, monitoring noise levels, preventing and dealing with situations where necessary.
Assist the General Manager with out of hours and evening support to effectively shut down the Complex at the end of the night.
Reporting any concerns and co-operate with management to enable it to comply with its health and safety and safeguarding accountabilities.
Skills and Experience required: Current SIA license & full clean UK driving licence
Experience managing a small team
Excellent customer service skills & confident to communicate and influence.
Ability to drive positive security culture within a team, and effectively manage and develop a team.
