An exciting opportunity to join a scaling Health & Wellness start-up in London!
They are an award-winning premium Health & Wellness brand who are taking things to the next level as they expand into Europe and launch new partnerships with some exciting, well-known retailers. They have recently reached the £1million mark and have ambitious targets to get to £5million over the next few years!
They are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager with a proven track record of build brands and a creative mindset! You will report into the Head of Marketing.
About the Role:
The key focus of the role is to increase brand awareness and accelerate their revenue growth!
Create and develop a best-in-class marketing strategy, both short and long term, that outlines the brand objectives and how they will meet them.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing and owner of the business to ensure the successful long term development of the brand.
Develop exciting and creative marketing campaigns.
Develop marketing colleterial such as flyers, banners, brochures etc. for online and print media.
Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to measure ROI.
Establish strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and distributors.
Oversee all marketing activity for the brand including advertising, PR, branding, social media, event planning, OOH, Print, internal and external comms etc.
About You:
+6 years experience in Brand Marketing
Ideally you will have worked for a Health & Wellness, Nutrition, Supplements or Beauty brand
Comfortable reporting to multiple senior leaders in the business
Strong brand marketing and offline marketing experience
Creative mind - Look & feel of the brand, polished etc.
