Job Description

Morson are delighted to be supporting our Burnley based aerospace client as they seek to fill the role of Press Brake Operator with a suitably experienced candidate.

The role is on an ongoing contract with the potential to become a permanent member of staff.

OBJECTIVES & MISSIONS

Working as part of the production team in preparation of Sheet Metal Material & Parts of various sizes & complexity to the defined specification & standard in support of production operations

SKILLS & REQUIRED QUALITIES

Forming of Aluminium and Titanium parts

Experience with sheet metal - aerospace preferred or equivalent

Experience primarily with Trumpf machine thereafter Armada/Ursviken - willing to view CV's working with other pressbrake machines

Experience with editing programs

Understands definition drawings/Master Layouts

Experience of inspection tools

Previous experience of using a wide range of materials which demand a high level of manual dexterity

Candidate to have awareness of deliveries within their sector

Familiar with SQCDP

Training will be provided

Working with in a team of 3 - Days or nights

Shifts days and nights

37hr week

Days

Mon - Thurs 6:30 - 16:15

Nights

Mon - Thurs 20:00 - 05:45

Overtime available
