Role: Health Assessment Nurse - Health Screening
Location: Bath
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus benefits and enhancements
Hours: Part time - 22 hours a week
Contract: Permanent
MediTalent are recruiting for an experienced Health Assessment Nurse to join one of our clients - a UK leading provider of bespoke private healthcare - in their private hospital based in Bath. This role is focused on Health Screening and requires you to oversee a small team. The department you will join includes a private GP service meaning you will work closely with consultants and various other health care professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
Duties of your role may involve: administering travel vaccinations and immunisations, providing health education and lifestyle coaching, conducting comprehensive health assessments and screenings for patients. You may administer and interpret various health tests, such as blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and BMI.
The right candidate: You will have a valid NMC/HCPC pin with at least 3 years' experience. You should have experience in health assessments/health screening (desirable). You should have completed Anaphylaxis training relevant to vaccinations and immunisations.
