Production Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy so as to be a welcoming, professional space
• Greeting visitors to the office and providing refreshments/catering
• Assisting with new starters and employee on-boarding
• Handling incoming calls
• Ensuring effective distribution of the post and emails
• Ordering office supplies and equipment
• Assisting senior support staff and the directors to whom they report
• Assist with health and safety compliance
• Support with organising social events
• Maintaining office procedure manuals
• Assist with HR, managing leave and absence tracking across the business
• Filing physical and electronic documents
• Support with administrative duties for the senior team as required
• Proficient in Google Sheets & Excel
Requirements:
An analytical and inquiring mind
An interest in marketing and what drives people to make buying decisions.
Must be very competent in Excel (you should have the ability to create a pivot table from given data)
Reporting (1 st stage qualitative and quantitative analysis)
Willingness to learn and develop marketing skills and knowledge.
Maintenance of Google Sheets & Excel
Job Type:
Full time
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, in-office working
