Support with staff training and development initiatives.
Manage employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
Participate in HR projects as required.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment law and regulations.
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have:
CIPD Level 3
Understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR software systems.
Capability to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Offer
