We're looking for a Python Software Engineer to become the organisation's first dedicated engineering hire. You'll work closely with the CTO and the Data Engineers to build applications and automation, including a new platform that connects with the CRM and supports all users. This is a hybrid role of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home to begin with, decreasing to 1 day in the office.
This is a great opportunity for a 3-4 year experienced engineer who wants genuine autonomy and the chance to shape an engineering function from the ground up.
You'll need:
Strong Python experience.
Good understanding of software engineering principles.
Azure experience or a strong interest in cloud.
SQL experience.
Ideally some Power BI experience.
A self-starting, curious approach and willingness to experiment.
The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team.
With a team of around 30, you'll have real influence and plenty of freedom to build, experiment and make things happen. If you're an engineer who enjoys getting your head down, writing great code and seeing your work make a tangible difference, this could be a great opportunity.
