Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating current production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions.
• Developing and maintaining production documentation, including process maps and work instructions.
• Conducting root cause analysis to resolve production issues and minimise downtime.
• Assisting in the design and layout of production facilities to optimise workflow.
• Supporting the introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools used in production management.
