This is an opportunity to join us at a pivotal time as we continue to invest in tackling damp and mould across our homes, ensuring residents live in safe, healthy and comfortable environments.
We're looking for a Surveyor who enjoys diagnosing complex building defects, working collaboratively with contractors and finding practical solutions that improve residents' lives. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our damp and mould programme, managing cases from diagnosis through to completion. This will include carrying out pre- and post-inspections, preparing specifications, raising works orders and monitoring contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes for residents.
