Warehouse Supervisor - E-commerce & Dispatch
Location: Northampton, NN5
Annual Salary: £31,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

Warehouse Supervisor Required - Northampton
Quest Employment are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation based in Northampton, NN5.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident warehouse professional with previous supervisory experience to step into a permanent role, taking ownership of daily warehouse performance, team coordination, stock accuracy and dispatch standards.
The role will have a strong focus on e-commerce fulfilment, store shipments, inventory control and ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Please note: Previous warehouse supervisory experience is essential for this role.
The Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your duties may include:
Overseeing daily warehouse activity across picking, packing, dispatch and stock movement
Supervising e-commerce order fulfilment from order processing through to dispatch
Ensuring orders are picked, checked, labelled, packed and shipped accurately
Prioritising orders in line with delivery deadlines and courier cut-off times
Monitoring pending, cancelled, returned and failed-delivery orders
Coordinating store replenishment orders and outbound shipments
Checking shipment quantities, product accuracy, labels and paperwork
Supporting goods-in, storage, stock control and warehouse organisation
Maintaining accurate stock locations and investigating stock discrepancies
Supervising cycle counts, stock checks and inventory activities
Ensuring damaged, defective and returned stock is handled correctly
Allocating daily duties to warehouse staff based on workload and priorities
Monitoring team attendance, performance, productivity and conduct
Training staff on warehouse processes, safety, product handling and picking standards
Supporting staffing plans during busy periods
Liaising with couriers, transport providers and internal logistics teams
