Property Manager

Edinburgh

£30,000-£32,000

We are supporting a growing property business in their search for an experienced Property Manager to join its Edinburgh team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking for greater ownership, autonomy and long-term career progression.

You'll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants while overseeing compliance, maintenance and tenancy management.

The Role

Managing a portfolio of residential properties

Acting as the primary contact for landlords and tenants

Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor works

Ensuring properties remain compliant with current Scottish legislation and safety requirements

Managing tenancy lifecycles from application through to check-out

Conducting rent reviews and overseeing tenancy renewals

Supporting new property onboarding and portfolio growth

Handling complaints and dispute resolution professionally and efficiently

Maintaining accurate property records and documentation

Carrying out property inspections and attending viewings when required

Participating in an out-of-hours emergency on-call rota and occasional Saturday rota

About You

Previous experience in residential property management

Strong knowledge of Scottish private rented sector legislation

Understanding of HMO regulations (preferred)

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

High attention to detail and strong administrative skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Full UK driving licence

Property qualifications are desirable (ARLA, LETWELL, SafeAgent or equivalent). Support and funding towards professional qualifications are available.
