We are looking for an Mobile Water Technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Water Technician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Water Technician, will be responsible for:
* Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG274 pt2.
* Approved Code of Practice ACOP L8.
* Travelling to client sites and completing the necessary tasks to maintain compliance.
* Including: Temperature Monitoring , Outlet / Showerhead Descales, CWST Inspections, Legionella / Microbiological Sampling.
* Closed System Analysis from heating & chilled water systems.
* Clean driving license essential.
* Communicate daily to the service desk that all tasks are carried out efficiently.
* The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
* Maintain adequate stocks of chemicals.
* Materials as necessary and ensure that any equipment for which they are responsible are kept secure and clean.
To be successful for this Mobile Water Technician role you must have:
* Previous experience within the water compliance industry is a key requirement.
* Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package is a necessary skill.
* Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.
* Must be able to work well under pressure.
