Join a leading independent technology and services provider as an IT Support Engineer (L3).
Job Overview:
Role: IT Support Engineer (L3 On-site)
Location: Derby
Contract: ASAP to 31-Dec-2026
Mandatory check: Government SC
Pay Rates:
Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hour
Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
A technician is required to work within the Small Project team within the client's ego system.
Installation and configuration of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals)
On-site hardware deployments (including desk setups, IT equipment swaps, and upgrades)
Basic network tasks (patching, connectivity checks, and troubleshooting)
Assisting with office moves, MACs (Moves, Adds, Changes)
Must be SC cleared
