About the role
As a member of the leading Travel Concierge team, you will design and sell personalised, bespoke holidays to clients whilst providing exceptional customer service.
You will deliver an end-to-end concierge service, looking after your clients from the moment they contact us, to the moment they arrive home.
This is a varied, challenging and rewarding role working in a fast-paced sales environment.
You will have:
Proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally Travel industry
knowledge of the amazing destinations that we sell.
To be passionate about travel.
Warm, authentic and friendly telephone manner.
The ability to prioritise tasks and have excellent organisational skills.
Considerate of your colleagues and a strong team player.
First-rate computer skills and a keen desire to learn.
Tenacious in your attention to detail.

My client is looking for FULL TIME, office based travel consultants, you will be based in Manchester area. They open 7 days a week, and you will work on a rota basis. You will be expected to work some weekends with corresponding days off in the week. You will receive a highly competitive basic salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission. Personal Travel Concierge can earn an average of £45,000 a year, but top sellers exceed this.
