Full Stack Developer

Salary: £37,000 - 77,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with REST API and microservices development.
• Strong knowledge of React.js.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux and React Hooks.
• Experience with responsive UI development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• MongoDB experience is preferred.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
• Financial services or banking domain experience is good to have.
• Experience with event-driven architectures is good to have.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ is good to have.
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code is good to have.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or Jest is good to have.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and React.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices.
• Work within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
