As a Payroll Assistant, you'll be a part of processing for Bureaus and head office teams. You'll also get hands-on exposure to a variety of duties - from onboarding and employee record management to ensuring all benefits and pensions have been covered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop a broader career in a Bureau industry within a fast-paced retail environment. This is a Romanian speaking role with also fluent English required.
Key Responsibilities
Processing weekly and monthly payroll
Checking timesheets, hours, overtime and deductions
Processing starters and leavers
Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records
Assisting with PAYE, National Insurance and pension administration
Responding to payroll queries from employees
Supporting payroll reporting and general administrative duties
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in accountancy or bookkeeping background
Fluent in Romanian
Experience within the clients and bureau background
A good understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience working end to end dealing with all queries
Good communicator
