Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Solution Engineer to join their dynamic team.As a Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and customized solutions to existing and new clients. You'll collaborate closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution. The role: Solutions Engineer from either a conveyor, warehouse integration or air cargo provider background, who can work with our existing and new customers to identify and develop opportunities in these marketplaces. Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges. Technical Solutions: Design and propose innovative solutions using our Ball Transfer Units to address client needs. Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.Technical Support: Provide post-sales support and troubleshoot any issues. The Candidate: The person we are looking for will have some technical knowledge/aptitude but also a strong sales focus. They'll be remote based, covering the UK and possibly Ireland.Candidates with a presence and engineering experience in manufacturing, Logistics, Robot Automation, Pharmaceutical and Glass Manufacture would be preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software.
Strong understanding of material handling systems and conveyors.
Familiarity with mechanical design principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Team Player: Collaborative mind set and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
