Job Description

Are you an experienced Gas Engineer looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected, family-run business? This is a fantastic chance to join a well-established company delivering high-quality installation, servicing and repair solutions across domestic and commercial properties.

I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Heating Installer, Heating Engineer, Reactive Heating Technician or in a similar construction-related role.

As a Gas Engineer you will be:
  • Carrying out reactive repairs and fault finding on domestic boilers, heating systems and appliances.
  • Completing annual servicing, safety checks and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works.
  • Installing, replacing and upgrading boilers, heating systems and associated components.
  • Preparing void properties for new tenants by completing safety checks, repairs and remedial works.
  • Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions to achieve first-time fixes.
  • Maintaining accurate job records, certification and reports using tablet systems.

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
  • Gas Safe registered — CCN1, CENWAT and CKR1.
  • Minimum of two years' experience.
  • Unvented hot water (G3).
  • Strong domestic experience covering servicing, repairs and fault-finding.
  • Comfortable working in occupied.
  • Flexibility to work across these locations Carterton, Abingdon and Faringdon.
  • Own van and tools.
