To support this expansion, they are seeking a Quality Engineer who will take an active, hands-on role in supplier onboarding, auditing, and compliance, ensuring every supplier meets the company's longstanding standards of workmanship and reliability.

  • Producing clear, concise reports following supplier assessments and follow-up actions
  • Supporting wider business compliance efforts in line with ISO standards

Candidate Requirements

  • A strong track record in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment
  • Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and assembly techniques
  • Experience working within ISO 9001 environments; knowledge of BS EN 1090, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is advantageous

  • Competitive salary with performance-based quarterly bonus
  • 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced employer pension contributions
  • Private healthcare (including family cover)
