Role Overview
Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity in a small, friendly, independent, family-run Care Provider? Join Beaumont Home Care as either a Part-Time or Full Time Care Assistant and become a crucial part of our professional care team. Your role involves providing outstanding care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
Administer medication following care plans and relevant guidelines.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful activities with our senior clients.
Assist seniors with mobility, transfers, and the use of assistive devices as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Lead by example within our established professional care team
Qualifications / Skills
Previous experience in a Care Assistant role is desirable but in no way essential
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
Compassionate patient nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and or independently
Additional Requirements:
Age: Must be 18 years or older.
Weekend Availability: Required two weekends each month.
Transportation: Own reliable vehicle required with a valid UK Driving Licence.
Work Eligibility: Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
