Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the claims department.
Requirements:
Law or LPC graduates are encouraged to apply, although candidates with relevant customer service experience will also be considered.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
