FLT Driver - TLT Off-Loading Operator

Job&Talent team is looking for an experienced FLT Driver / Telescopic Handler/ Off-Loading Operator to join our team, supporting operations within the Unipart/JCB manufacturing environment. This role involves the safe unloading of deliveries, precise movement of components and materials, and supporting production lines to ensure an efficient flow of goods.

Location: Unipart, JCB Cab Systems, Waterloo Park, Beamhurst, Uttoxeter, ST14 5PA

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Thursday: 11:00 - 20:00, Friday: 12:00 - 17:00

Pay Rates
Standard: £14.16 per hour
Overtime: £21.24 per hour (paid after 39.5 standard hours)
Requirements for a FLT Driver
Previous experience operating TLT equipment (Counterbalance / Forklift / Teletruck, as required)
Valid forklift or TLT certificate/license (as appropriate to the role)
Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions
Responsibilities of a FLT Driver
Safely unload incoming materials and products
Operate FLT and Telehandler equipment safely within a busy Unipart/JCB site
Off-load trailers, HGV deliveries and inbound goods
Move pallets, components and materials to designated storage or production areas
Organise deliveries into goods in
Decant pallets into single parts ready for marshalling
Check GRNs against physical stock received
Raise any discrepancies or defects to the customer to protect stock integrity and ensure accurate production information
Support the warehouse in line feeding from VNA locations
Assist the customer in decanting and checking off Harness kits delivered daily
Operate TLT and other handling equipment in line with health & safety protocols
Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
