Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java & Angular) - Subject Matter Expert (SME)

About the Role: Are you an experienced developer with a strong backend Java foundation and a flair for modern UI frameworks? Are you ready to step up, assume leadership responsibilities, and design enterprise-level solutions?
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our core application capabilities. In this role, you will partner closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate operational processes and business requirements into robust technical designs and high-quality code.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment, making critical risk assessments to safeguard our firm, its clients, and its assets (Citigroup), while driving compliance and adhering to the highest ethical standards.
What You Will Do:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Provide SME support, assist in answering client queries regarding core application capabilities, and guide junior team members.
End-to-End Development: Monitor and control all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
Enterprise Design & Build: Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver scalable, enterprise-level solutions using Microservices Architecture.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside business partners, analysts, and senior stakeholders across geographically distributed teams.
Operational Support: Provide ongoing user and operational support, navigating a high-pressure environment to meet strict delivery timelines with high client satisfaction.
Risk & Compliance: Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
