Internal Account Manager

Newbury

Our client are looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join their growing & friendly business. They are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious individual who would like an opportunity to build their career. You will be joining a team of fellow Internal Account Managers, analysing data from bills and using our CRM system to prepare reports on comparing prices for B2B customers and maintaining a healthy relationship with our clients.

Key responsibilities:

Analyse billing data

Prepare proposals to compare prices from a variety of suppliers

Liaise with customers where required

Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders

Develop an in-depth understanding of the market

Develop an in-depth understanding of a variety of CRM system reports and dashboards

Hold weekly 'update’ calls with key internal stakeholders

Prepare opportunity reports for key internal stakeholders

Skills and experience required: Educated to degree level (Although not essential)

Numeric and analytical

Ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative

Good communication skills

Confident Telephone Manner

Ability to have fun!
