Opportunity:

Due to triple digit growth, we are looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to support the growth of the UK through the development of luxury departments stores and ePartners such as Selfridges, Space NK, Boots and Cult Beauty.

This role is all about autonomy. You will rule your own empire and control your destiny. In charge of the entire account portfolio you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, pricing, brand execution and you will manage the full P&L.

Working with multiple SKU ranges, promoted categories, and a POS-driven market, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth of each account, making the product as visible as possible and helping retailers drive value and add-on purchases by building close relationships!

Reporting into the Global General Manager you will also work on cross-functional and cross-country projects to maximise internal knowledge of the customers and work very closely with the marketing team to deliver and develop impactful local marketing campaigns, media activations and ensure the accounts have the right plan focused on visibility, search, and promotion.

You:

We are looking for a high calibre, ambitious, consumer goods professional who is looking to join a business that is truly shaping the market and the category. Someone who is highly driven with at least five fiscal years spent time in a startup/scale up FMCG business or high-growth challenger environment managing high profile grocery or high street accounts.

P&L and JBP ownership experience

Strong commercial awareness, acumen and negotiation skills

Structured and analytical, comfortable working with data

Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence

You forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situations
