Key Responsibilities As our Sous Chef, you will:

Assist the Head Chef in leading, motivating, and supervising the Kitchen Team.

Manage food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking, and service within on-site restaurants and bars, including match day hospitality and banqueting.

Take full responsibility for Head Chef duties in their absence.

Maintain high levels of service that exceed customer expectations.

Control resources, manage processes, and cultivate a culture of excellence .
