Location: Field / Client SitesHours: Full timeSalary: £80,000 plus car / car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits schemeAbout the RoleWorking within our Consultancy team as an Operational Performance Improvement Consultant you will support external clients within the following:As part of your key responsibilities, you'll:Managing delivery of the specific project deliverables at sites and / or clients assigned, within allotted timeframes and within the agreed project budgetsDeveloping strong relationships with key client management at operational and senior levelsLeading or supporting project leads, Senior Consultants, and Business Development team in client reviews, scoping activities and client proposalsIdentifying on-selling opportunities and working with the Senior consultancy team to articulate the opportunity and create proposalsAbout YouWe'd love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you'd be able to perform well in this role!Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement - proven capability of process design and process improvementExperience of delivering Operational Excellence including data analysis and business cases to drive tangible resultsAbility to facilitate discussions and knowledge transfer sessions - excellent communication and presentation skillsConfidence with, and competence in, dealing with multiple stakeholders across a range of management levels - ability to build credible relationshipsA high degree of initiative and strong problem-solving capability - ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutionsStrong planning, organising, and time management skillsAbout UnipartWe are a supply chain performance improvement partner.
