Job Description

MBDA invites graduates to join a 2-year Guidance, Control and Navigation Engineer programme starting September 2027. The role spans Guidance, Control, Navigation and Command & Control within a high‑tech defence environment. Expect exposure to MATLAB/SIMULINK, advanced flight dynamics, and a path to career progression in a world-class team.

Salary starts at £31,900 with a £3,000 joining bonus. The role is on-site 5 days a week with BPSS security checks and performance reviews.
