Microsoft Dynamics Developer / Administrator

I am recruiting for a suitably experience Microsoft Dynamics Developer / Administrator for an established global company.

You will have approximately 3 years Microsoft Dynamics Developer / Administrator experience.

This permanent role is a hybrid role that is based on0site in Central London 2-3 days per week.

You will be a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer/Administrator joining the Data & Insights team.

The role is to configure Dynamics 365 modules, build, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows.

Collaborate with stakeholders, working alongside the Senior D365 Developers. You will also manage version control and liaise with third-party support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Assist with data migration and integration tasks.
• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Develop custom plugins and workflows using C# and .NET.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Optimise system performance and ensure security compliance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain version control and follow ALM best practices using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Ability to liaise with third party support team.
• PL-900 certification as an entry point (aligned with internal training plans).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 architecture.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions).
