At Simply Education, we're excited to be working with a welcoming specialist residential home that supports young adults with complex learning disabilities and additional needs. We're looking for caring, dependable people who want more than just a job - people who genuinely enjoy helping others and want to make a positive difference every day.

No experience? That's absolutely fine. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, you'll receive full training and a fully funded Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.

What the role involves

Every night is different, but your role will be centred around making sure the young adults feel safe, comfortable and supported. You'll help with bedtime and morning routines, provide personal care where needed, carry out regular wellbeing checks and be there to offer reassurance and support throughout the night. During quieter periods, you'll also help with light housekeeping to keep the home running smoothly.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is kind, patient and reliable, with good communication skills and a positive outlook. If you're happy working as part of a team, willing to learn and can work a rota that includes alternate weekends, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll get in return

£25 extra for every night shift worked
£1,500 Welcome Bonus
Fully funded Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
Full training and ongoing career development
