About the role - Learning Support Assistant

I am currently working with this mainstream secondary school in Newham who are looking to appoint a learning support assistant ASAP. The school are looking for a learning support assistant who can work 1:1 with students who require additional support. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in either a mainstream or SEN school helping students with learning difficulties. The school are keen to appoint a candidate with a nurturing approach to education, helping to boost confidence and academic achievement.
