Onsite Wolverhampton, GBR About the Role We are looking for a talented and driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and improving manufacturing processes for precision-machined components produced from a range of materials.
Working closely with Design Engineering, Product Engineering and Operations teams, you will be responsible for introducing robust manufacturing solutions, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring products are successfully transitioned into production with a strong focus on Quality, Cost and Delivery .
You will also contribute to automation projects, design-for-manufacture activities, and the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles across the business.
Key Responsibilities Develop and optimise manufacturing processes for precision-machined components.
Create and maintain machining processes for complex components with tight tolerances.
Support Continuous Improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Drive process improvements focused on safety, quality, efficiency and cost reduction.
