We're looking for a Support Worker to join our established, close-knit team in Malone , Belfast. This is a permanent, part-time role working 20 hours per week on alternate weekends, paying £13.00 per hour.

You'll be supporting six individuals full of personality. In fact, one of the people we support was recently named Sense Person of the Year . Every day brings something different, and your priority will be empowering the people you support to live the life they choose.

No experience needed. We don't hire based on a CV, we hire based on your values. If you're caring, positive, and ready to learn, we'll give you all the training you need to feel confident and empowered in your role.

A full manual driving licence and willingness to drive a resident's vehicle are essential for this role.

This role might include supporting people with: Everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and managing finances
