Process Engineer Salary and Benefits **Important – candidates must have ‘Permanent UK Right to Work'**

Salary £50,000

36.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday (with an earlier finish on Friday's)

Process Engineer Role Function

This is an excellent opportunity that offers the chance to make a real impact on manufacturing performance by leading improvement initiatives, optimising processes, and developing specialist expertise within a key operational function. You will play a key role in improving process control, reducing variation, and driving continuous improvement activities, while working closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality teams to solve day-to-day challenges and deliver process improvements and capital projects.

As a Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in improving process stability, maintaining high standards of product quality, reducing waste, and supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
