Support Worker (Treetops) Chertsey Salary £ 12.75-15.00

As a Surrey charity, we support children, young people and adults with disabilities and neurodiversity through specialist care, therapy and life-enhancing services. We help people build confidence, gain independence and enjoy fulfilling lives within a welcoming, inclusive community.

Treetops is our specialist children's home, providing Short Breaks in a safe, welcoming, and fun home-from-home environment for children and young people with disabilities, neurodiversity, and complex needs, up to the age of 18.

We have created a home where children and young people can feel safe, valued, and supported to thrive. Every day is filled with opportunities to learn, laugh, build confidence and create lasting memories. Guided by compassion, inclusion and respect, our dedicated team works together to help every child reach their potential. We're proud that Treetops is rated Good by Ofsted (February 2026). We have full-time and part-time permanent opportunities available. This role includes working every other weekend and at least one split shift per week.
