Over 100 years later, we provide specialist palliative and end of life care for around 2,500 people every year, enabling each of them to make the very best of every moment.Our shops are a vital part of our organisation as we strive to become London's answer to sustainable fashion, helping to save over 300 tonnes of goods from landfill every year.We are now looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to join the team in our Fulham shop on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. The Role As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Shop Manager in the efficient running of our Fulham charity shop.Providing excellent customer service, you will sell goods, maintain a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shop and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.You will also generate stock through contact with donors and other organisations, assist in the management and training of staff and volunteers and support financial processes.
