OnePay is a fast-growing fintech on a mission to make fair, simple financial services accessible to those who need them most. For over 15 years, we've supported financially excluded communities across the UK, from helping overseas seasonal workers to building partnerships with credit unions nationwide.

With an exciting year ahead and new products launching, we're growing our marketing team and we're looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join us at our Ilkley office.

About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who's keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Whether you have a marketing degree, an apprenticeship, or some hands‑on experience, what matters most is a genuine passion for marketing and a drive to learn.

You’ll get involved in a wide range of activity from day one, with the opportunity to take on greater ownership as you grow.

What you’ll do

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and day‑to‑day marketing activity
• Create and publish content across blogs, website pages, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Produce marketing materials including flyers, newsletters, posters, and sales collateral
• Assist with email marketing using Salesforce Account Engagement
• Help prepare campaign performance reports using data and analytics tools
• Create video content and designs using Canva and Adobe tools
• Carry out competitor research and identify new opportunities
• Support the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions, and promotional activity across the UK
• Manage relationships with external suppliers such as printers and designers
• Maintain website content and monitor digital performance
• Contribute ideas to campaigns and wider marketing projects
• Support the launch of new products and, with experience, take full ownership of campaigns

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in marketing and financial services
• Some marketing experience, whether a degree, apprenticeship, or relevant work experience
• Ideally at least 1 year in a marketing role (not essential)
• Strong copywriting skills, able to write effectively for email, web, and social
• A creative and proactive mindset, someone who brings ideas to the table
• Comfortable using AI tools to support and streamline marketing activity
• Confident using social media and digital marketing tools
• A collaborative team player who communicates well
• Able to commute to Ilkley 3 days per week and open to occasional UK travel for events
