Lead Full Stack Engineer

Simplify systems and workflows by removing friction, toil, and unnecessary handoffs

Create durable reusable patterns, guardrails, and tooling that accelerate team delivery

Apply strong engineering fundamentals across software design, data, testing, and distributed systems

Use AI-enabled tools deliberately across design, coding, testing, review, and documentation, while keeping strong human accountability for high risk decisions, verification, and final quality

Build software with a reliability first mindset, incorporating secure coding practices, observability, testing, and disciplined rollout/rollback strategies

Ensure production systems meet required levels of resiliency, performance, scalability, and operability

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.

Extensive professional software development experience, with demonstrated depth in full stack engineering and system / application architecture.

Prior experience in securities, financial services, or modern engineering-first organizations is a plus

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and the design of RESTful and streaming based APIs.
