Warehouse Administrator / SAP Administrator Location: Weedon, Northamptonshire, NN7 Salary: £32,000£36,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday | 40 paid hours per week Shift Options: 08:0016:30 or 09:0017:30 Breaks: 30-minute paid break + 30-minute unpaid break Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Start Date: Subject to successful recruitment process

Warehouse Administrator / SAP Administrator Required Weedon, NN7 Quest Employment is currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Administrator / SAP Administrator to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing business based in Weedon, Northamptonshire.

This is a permanent opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse administration, stock control, inventory or distribution who is confident using SAP, ERP systems, WMS and Microsoft Office .

This is more than a basic administration role. The successful candidate will need to confidently process warehouse transactions, manage documentation, write professional emails and ensure stock and warehouse records remain accurate.

Pharmaceutical experience, including GMP or GDP knowledge, would be advantageous but is not essential. Strong SAP, warehouse administration and computer skills are key requirements.

The Role As a Warehouse Administrator / SAP Administrator, your responsibilities may include:

Processing warehouse and inventory transactions using SAP, ERP and WMS systems

Completing goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers and material movements

Ensuring system stock accurately reflects physical warehouse movements

Processing inbound deliveries and checking documentation against purchase orders

Preparing outbound dispatch and shipping documentation

Producing packing lists, shipping labels and warehouse paperwork

Coordinating collections and deliveries with transport and logistics providers

Maintaining accurate stock, shipment and warehouse records

Supporting stock checks, cycle counts and scheduled stocktakes
