Sales Admin Annual Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Job Type : Full-time
Day-to-day of the role: Efficiently process customer orders received over the phone and via email.
Provide expert product advice to customers, with the ability to upsell or switch sell as needed.
Liaise with Warehouse and Purchasing staff to ensure timely product deliveries.
Address customer complaints and coordinate with couriers to resolve delivery issues.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range to better serve customer needs.
Work collaboratively within a small team in a busy office environment, contributing to various business processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-functional role.
A positive, can-do attitude and the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred.
