If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!As a Bank Support Worker, you will be working in our 24/7 Crisis House Service in Grassmoor Chesterfield, providing practical and emotional support to adults experiencing mental health concerns alongside the clinical support of the crisis team. You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
